  13.       - Any system may be admitted providing:
  14.     
  15.         a) Message "FROM" & "TO" Fields are to be REAL NAMES ONLY.
  16.         b) They do not operate as a PIRATE board.
  17.         c) They are a PUBLIC system (Available to all by fee or free).
  18.         d) They must be using a QWK (QMail) compatible door.
  19.         e) There are no major objections from current members.
  20.         f) There are no objections from the Regional Hub Site.
  21.         g) There are no objections from the SuperRegional Site.
  22.         h) There are no objections from the CentHost.
  23.  
  24.       - For any system who wishes to be a Regional Hub Site: 
  25.                          (in addition to above)
  26.       
  27.         a) You must operate 24 hours per day.
  28.         b) You must have at least one high speed modem.
  29.         c) You must echo mail at least once per day.
  30.         d) You are required to carry ALL Centipede Conferences.
  31.         e) Your "region" must not conflict with an existing Regional Hub Site.
  32.         f) Incoming mail can NOT be altered, deleted, flip-flagged, or moved.
  33.         g) You must have at least one other NodeSite pulling from you.

  35.       Besides this: Each site _MUST_ read and enforce Centipede policies.

  37.       Centipede: HOW TO APPLY
  38.            
  39.       Located within this archive (CENTxxxx), is a file: CENTAPLY, which 
  40.       must be filled out and then either uploaded as a message through 
  41.       the Centipede's CentHelp Conference or uploaded in the Main Board 
  42.       Conference on Revision Systems to the CentHost (Paul Lauda).  All 
  43.       information must be correct and honest at the date of application.  
  44.       Once the application is received, the applicant shall receive notice 
  45.       within 5 - 10 days of the applicant's status.
